2015-2022: Nevada National Guard- Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Branch Chief, Human Resources Office, Active Guard Reserve, supporting a team of 525 permanent full-time and temporary members of the Nevada National Guard. Assigned as the Supervising Human Resources (HR) officer responsible for all AGR Full Time National Guard Duty (FTNGD) personnel management for both the Army and Air Force.
2013-2015: Office of The Adjutant General (TAG), Active Guard Reserve; Aide-de-camp for the Commander Army National Guard (CAG), Nevada Military Department. Serves as a personal assistant to the CAG and provides administrative support to the Chief of Staff (CoS), Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO), and Directorates of the Nevada Army National Guard.
2010-2013: 17thSustainment Brigade (SBDE) Personnel Chief. Warrant Officer Two serving as the 17th SBDE Personnel Chief providing HR services for over 2100 Soldiers with three geographically separated subordinate battalions. Responsible for advising the Brigade Commander on all matters concerning HR support.
2007-2010: 92nd Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction) Senior Operations Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). Sergeant First Class serving as the Senior Operations NCO providing HR and Operation services for a Joint Team of 22 active-duty Soldiers and Airmen. Responsible for advising the Commander on all matters concerning HR support.
2000-2007: 1-221st Calvary Squadron Senior Personnel Services Sergeant (PSNCO). Staff Sergeant serving as the PSNCO providing HR services for over 650 Soldiers with two geographically separated subordinate units. Responsible for advising the Squadron Commander for all matters concerning HR support.
